We recommend you have your tile & grout cleaned every 12 to 24 months.

Carpet Care Services takes several steps to properly clean your tile & grout.

Step 1: Spray with a special 'pretreat' mixture to start breaking down the dirt.

Step 2: Scrub the tile & grout to help break the surface of the dirt to allow the pretreat to loosen the dirt down into the pores.

Step 3: We thoroughly clean your tile/grout with a spinner wand. A spinner wand sprays high pressure water to wash out the dirt.

Step 4: If applicable, a brightener and sealer is applied to make the grout shine.

Step 5: Dry the cleaned tile/grout with fans.

Step 6: Grout sealer is applied to the cleaned grout. In 2 to 3 hrs. the sealer is dry enough to walk on.
